I heard allot from the past Post about, "Swagger" and I think I even seen "Thug Appeal" thrown in there. I'm trying to figure out are not those 2 thing Artificial? Plus why would a Woman want a Man with "Thug Appeal?"

Ok where do I start with this topic? Swagger, thug appeal. Would you say that our President Elect is like the images you have displayed? No, but many say that he have a swag. Thug appeal, a woman wants to know that her man can protect her; she wants to feel safe. Neither swagger or thug appeal protains to a certain look rather an attitude. I don't want my man to ask me for sex. I want him to show me. A man with swag or thug appeal can keep me in my place without stepping out of his. I know sometimes I can be too much for an average man to handle.

Chocolate please don't assume I don't have street in me. On a personal note I came out of the "streets" lmao... Been to prison 3 times and car jacked aug 21 my best friend and i were shot multiple times he died before medics found us... I been 10yrs felony free... I have no excuses for my past and except no excuses for those around me present... I have lived the best of both worlds but only one has a proven track record of living the american dream with longevity... Iv'e gone from thug life on the strees to Cyber thug in the corporate world if i can do it anyone can... no excuses.... Done...

Well you know I am just "keeping it real" hahaha. Why eliminate the thugs in the music industry? Are they not successful business men? Many atheletes are thugs who are successful and comedians and as you mentioned presidents. You use what you have to get what you want. Everyone is not blessed with book smarts or even opportunities to sit at the head of the board. I think more highly of those who came from nothing and faught hard to make something. It is easy to look at a person's clothes or stance and characterize him or her. People are quick to judge our styles (black people style). We have to look like the white man in order to fit in or be accepted.
No I do not have a problem with the word Nigga. Yes I use it quite a bit when speaking to my close friends and family. When I am out amoung the whites no I try not to use it.
Did you not say that you went from thug life on the streets to Cyber "THUG"? Clearly then you know that a "THUG" can be and do a many of thing. They are NOT always the drug dealers on the corner or career criminals. People can take any word out of context.

First you can't be Blessed with Book smarts it's something that's Earned and Learned. Not Blessed with... Now look up the word Thug and then come back it's nothing positive I tell you that much. Well in the conext of the blog it's the general term Thug which i once was... I get the term Cyber thug from those who know the old me and now consider me a sell out simply because I choose to better myself and my social and economic status no doubt... Crime is crime blue collar or white collar yet yes black people are frowned upon more for what we choose as a hustle or career crime I agree 100%
I agree one can use the hustle to rise out of old way and habbits but no to continue jumping back and forth no that is not possible without dire results... would you agree?

Learning does not come easy for everyone. Some people study and study but still come up short while others rarely study at all and it comes naturally. So therefore one is Blessed with book smarts. Do you wear suits all the time? Why is sagging pants the style of ignorant blacks? Who are you to judge another man's style? Most black men knows how to mix it up.
