Mr. Officer she's in Labor

Well as I was scrolling through reading My Daily dose of News on the DrudgeReport and I came across some stuff this morning that I felt was right out Nuttz. A wife and husband from Greater Boston area were driving to the hospital because she was in labor. Well since Traffic was packed on the Highway they decided to take the "Breakdown lane" and push through that way. While doing so they were waved by to keep going by 2 other state troppers but came to a thrid whom was also in the break down lane passing out a ticket. Husband and Wife asked the State boy to allow them to continue on because his wife was in Labor and they desperately needed to get to the hospital and what did dear old Protect and Serve do? He told them No and wait till after he finished one ticket then wrote them a $100.00 ticket for driving in that lane also, Talk about making Quota hu? Well someone must've pissed in his coffee or something that I feel was out of line.
