Wake up we sleep walking

This is what's on MY mind today.. Police Brutality/Slavery coming back people watch what I tell you. They say History repeats itself and it may not be in the exact order in which one might remember it but will repeat. This video is showing once again the killing of a Black Man in the hands of the ONLY GANG that can't is open to do what they want, "The Police." I am very ticked about this Mess here and what will we as black People do? March to Washington? Sue for Money? Sing Ole Spiritual Slave Songs to help ease the Pain and Anger? Go to Church and Listen to some Preacher Tell us God Gonna Get them Men that did this? Man I'm Furious about this shit! How can we Make a change for the better? For the record "Change" does not start with Obama it's with Us NOW should've been started.

In order for slavery to come back or repeat itself is implying that it actually stopped at some point. It has always been there, just not so openly. The media does not show police brutality too often. If a witness had not recorded the incident then we probably would not have heard anything about this situation either.
Yes we do have better jobs and can shop and eat in places that were whites only could dewell. So we (blacks) started to think that slavery was no more. Man when we got a Black President, we thought now slavery is really history. However, that video is a REALITY of just how far we've come. We are still getting murdered out in public by people we are paying to protect us and the penalty is the same, little to none. Same game different day.

We (blacks) are not united and so it is easy to take us down. We tear one another down. Willy Lynch!!!!!!!!!

Man it angers me to even look at this video. I guess you're right because slavery never stopped just look at the prison system that's a form of slavery also. Especially when the Government allows Prisons to sell Inmates Labor to companies. Prisoners make shoes, clothing, and detergent; they do dental lab work, recycling, metal production, and wood production; they operate dairies, farms, and slaughterhouses.

Roland Burris announced Tuesday he was rejected for Barack Obama's Senate seat, in a bizarre rainy-day scene on the Capitol grounds as lawmakers awaited the gaveling of the 111th Congress into session

Some of Burris' supporters have bemoaned the fact that Democrats would stand in the way of the Senate gaining its only black member. Burris himself downplayed the issue of race, telling reporters: "I cannot control my supporters. I have never in my life, in all my years of being elected to office, thought anything about race."

See how we tear one another down! Racism is a huge part of everyday life. He also thought slavery was dead and ones race did not play apart of whether or not one succeed or fail in life. They allow us to get so far. We already got the first Black President now we want a black member on the Senate too. We was getting to greedy. They couldn't let this happen.
